Christmas, New Year and Bird Fair bookings are £98 per night.

 

A booking may be secured with a 40% (of the full price payable including Damage Deposit) Deposit; the balance is due in full by no later than 4 weeks prior to the commencement of the booking, and in the case of Christmas and New Year the balance is due by no later than 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the booking

 

A damage deposit of £125 is also payable in addition to the nightly rate and will be refunded in full (subject to deductions for any damage of course) within 48 hours of departure or within 48 hours of the end of the period for which originally booked whichever is later
