Sleeps 4 people in 2 beds, one Kingsize and one small double (4 feet wide)

Completely open plan Modern design, the only internal walls being around the Bathroom!!

​

Downstairs is an open plan Lounge/Kitchen/Diner

​

Upstairs a Mezzanine floor with two bedroom areas and a Bathroom (bedrooms mostly hidden from each other when occupied but they are not completely private; the smaller of the two bedroom areas is visible when entering and leaving the bathroom for example).

​

Minimum Stay is 3 nights

​

Changeover days are Monday and Friday but other days can be arranged when possible

​

No Pets are allowed to stay. Sorry.

​

Children aged 8 years and above and pre-mobile Babies are most welcome to stay but for safety reasons (due to the Mezzanine Floor and subsequent risk of falling) other children under 8 are advised not to stay

​

Complimentary baby equipment

​

May not be suitable for the Disabled and less able bodied; the bedrooms and bathroom are up one flight of stairs, there are changes of level downstairs and a small step to enter the building

​

A car is advisable and free Parking is usually available directly outside on the quiet village street

​
